摘要:
提出了一种判断船用柴油机主轴承受损可能性的实用方法,即以机舱后隔舱壁的相对变位量作为参数,计算主轴承失去载荷时对应变形量,与允许变形量进行比较,可判断主轴承因船体损坏的可能性。以某176,000 DWT散货船为例进行计算,表明该方法的可行性。

Abstract:
The new damage probablity judge method is provided here. Take the hull deflection at the aftmost bulkhead of the engine room as parameter , the method was provided to calculate the parameter when main bearing unloaded. The possibility of the main bearing damage can be judged by comparing the allowable lower limit . This method was proved feasibility by taking the 176,000 DWT bulk carrier as an example.
