宽恕与幸福感:人际关系困扰的中介作用

摘要: 探讨大学生宽恕性、人际关系困扰与幸福感三者之间的关系。采用《大学生特质宽恕问卷》、《人际关系综合诊断量表》、《人脸量表》、《生活满意度量表》对384名大学生进行考察。结果发现人格宽恕性对人际关系困扰和幸福感具有较好的预测作用,人际关系困扰对幸福感具有较好的预测作用;人际关系困扰在宽恕性与幸福感之间部分中介作用显著。

Abstract: The present study examined the relationship among college students’ forgiveness, interpersonal relationship disturbance and well-being. Chinese college students (N = 384) completed college trait forgiveness questionnaire, interpersonal relationship integrated diagnosis interpersonal relationship integrated diagnosis questionnaire, The Delighted-Terrible Faces Scale, and life satisfaction scale. The results showed a negative relationship between forgiveness and interpersonal relationship disturbance, a positive relationship between forgiveness and college students’ well-being, and a negative relationship between interpersonal relationship disturbance and wellbeing. Forgiveness predicts interpersonal relationship disturbance and well-being. Interpersonal relationship disturbance is a significant predictor of well-being. Interpersonal relationship disturbance mediates the relationship between forgiveness and well-being.
