# 一种动力转向管路系统固定优化分析The Utility Model Related to a Fracture Analysis of a Power Steering Pipe Bracket

Abstract: Regarding the breakage of steering pipe support of an 8 × 4 truck in the durable test field, the finite element analysis software was used to study the steering pipe and fixed bracket. According to the results of the finite element analysis, the acceleration sensor with the maximum vibration amplitude is arranged. The acceleration data collected by the load spectrum is compared with the data obtained by the finite element analysis to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis. The data obtained by the finite element analysis can further guide the subsequent optimization.
