摘要: 为改善东辛采油厂井下作业返修率高的局面,提高东辛采油厂的竞争力。本文在阐述东辛采油厂返修井现状的基础上,利用帕累托图找出了东辛采油厂返修井重点控制因素并构建了数量控制运行机制,最后针对重点控制因素提出了东辛采油厂降低返修井数量控制策略。

Abstract: To improve the situation that repairing homework in Dongxin oil extraction factory is high and improve the competitiveness of Dongxin Oil Extraction Factory. Based on elaborating the present situation of Dongxin oil extraction factory, this paper uses Pareto chart to find out the key controlling factors and Con-struct operation mechanism of quantity control, at last, puts forward measures to control the quantity of Re-pairing Wells in Dongxin Oil Extraction Factory for the key controlling factors.
