摘要: 经济全球化的背景下,商业模式已逐渐成为企业获取更高绩效的战略手段。但商业模式是直接作用于企业绩效,还是在其他变量的调节下对企业绩效产生影响,目前对此的研究还较为模糊。因此本文基于动态能力构成的基础上,构建企业动态能力对商业模式与企业绩效的调节作用关系模型,采用辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省共60个企业样本数据,运用层次回归分析法对理论假设进行了实证检验。文章旨在分析动态能力在商业模式与企业绩效间的影响,为企业开展商业模式设计来提高企业绩效提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization, business model has gradually become a strategic means for enterprises to achieve higher performance. But the business model is directly on the corporate performance, or under the regulation of other variables on the impact of enterprise performance, the current study of this is still vague. This paper is based on the dynamic capacity composition. The model of enterprise dynamic capability regulation relationship between business model and business performance has been constructed. 194 sample data of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces have been used, and the hierarchical regression analysis method has been used to test the theoretical hypothesis. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of dynamic capability between business model and enterprise performance, and to provide some reference value for enterprises to develop business model design to improve enterprise performance.
