摘要:
根据我国现在城市化发展的现状和有关征地拆迁问题，以南京市为背景，通过结构式问卷访谈方式得到的第一手数据资料，分析大型园区开发项目对原住居民社区社会群体的影响情况，发现存在的若干社会问题，并提出相应的解决方案建议。
Abstract: According to the current situation of urbanization development in China and the problem of land acquisition and house demolition, this paper analyzes the impact of large-scale park development projects on the community social groups through the first-hand data obtained from Nanjing, found the existence of a number of social problems, and put forward the corresponding solution recommendations.
