摘要:
腺病毒是引起人类呼吸道疾病的主要病毒之一,了解目前最有效、快捷的腺病毒检测方法有助于加强腺病毒感染的监测,及时发现疫情并掌握病毒流行趋势,为迅速采取有效措施提供保障。本文对目前实验室、临床常用的人腺病毒分子生物学检测方法的原理、特点和应用等进行了综述。

Abstract: Adenovirus is one of the major viruses causing human respiratory diseases. The effective and rapid method in adenovirus detection is helpful to strengthen the surveillance of adenovirus in-fection, to investigate the epidemic trends timely, and to control the virus infection. The current molecular biological methods for adenovirus detection both used in laboratory and clinical are reviewed in this paper. The principle, characteristics and application of these techniques are commented.
