摘要:
目的:分析香云肝泰片中鸟苷及腺苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以水和乙腈为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,体积流量为0.5 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果:通过平行测定,6个批号香云肝泰片均检出鸟苷及腺苷,其鸟苷平均含量为0.1069 mg/g,腺苷平均含量为0.1112 mg/g。结论:本检验方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为香云肝泰片中主要核苷类成分含量的质量检测方法。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze guanosine and adenosine of Xiangyungantai. Methods: HPLC, with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase, at 260 nm, volume flow of 0.5 ml/min, column temperature of 30˚C. Results: Guanosine and adenosine were measured in six batches of Xiangyungantai by parallel determination, of which the average content of guanosine is 0.1069 mg/g, and adenosine is 0.1112 mg/g. Conclusion: This test method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for detecting the main nucleoside content of Xiangyungantai.
