摘要:
我国的新能源汽车产业得到了迅猛的发展。然而,充电设施的建设并没有取得同步的发展。这个关键性和保障性基础设施,理论上和电动汽车的数量是1:1配套的。从而导致近几年直流充电桩大量生产,由此需要一种装置,来客观的检测直流充电桩的各个性能指标,提高充电桩产品的质量水平,来适应快速生产的要求。本装置主要研究测试充电桩的电池管理系统、生产售后数据库系统设计及其测试环境的搭建,达到充电桩产品质量可控、从而提高品质,并且可以实现产品信息追溯。

Abstract: China’s new energy automotive industry has been rapid development. However, the construction of charging facilities did not achieve the development of synchronous. This critical and affordable infrastructure, in theory and in the number of electric vehicles is 1:1 matching. Hence in recent years, a large number of DC charging piles are produced. So a device is needed to objectively test the various performance indicators of DC charging pile to improve the quality of charging pile products to adapt to rapid production. This device is mainly used to study the battery manage- ment system, production after sale database system and its test environment, to achieve the quality control of charging pile, thereby improving the quality and achieving product information traceability.
