摘要:
目的:研究蒙药孟根–地格达的乙醇提取物在体外对人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7细胞)的增殖抑制作用。方法:应用MTT检测法研究蒙药孟根–地格达的乙醇提取物的不同剂量组对MCF-7细胞增殖的抑制作用;并采用单克隆抗体ELISA法测定各实验组的富集系数,检测孟根–地格达对MCF-7细胞的早期凋亡是否具有促进作用。结果:与对照组相比,孟根–地格达的乙醇提取物可以抑制MCF-7细胞的增殖,并明显促进MCF-7细胞的早期凋亡。结论:蒙药孟根–地格达的乙醇提取物在体外可以抑制MCF-7细胞的增殖,其作用机制可能与诱导MCF-7细胞的凋亡有关。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Parnassia ethanol extract in inhibiting the proliferation of human breast cancer cells (MCF-7 cells) in vitro. Methods: Inhibitory effect of different doses of ethanol extract of Parnassia was detected by MTT on proliferation of MCF-7 cells. ELISA method was used to detect the enrichment factor of each group of MCF-7 cells in order to find the early apoptosis. Results: The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was significantly inhibited at 24 h after treated with Parnassia ethanol extract. Compared with the control group, the ethanol extract of Parnassia can significantly promote MCF-7 cells apoptosis. Conclusion: The ethanol extract of Mongolian medicine Parnassia can inhibit MCF-7 cells proliferation in vitro and its mechanism may be related to the induction of apoptosis in MCF-7 cells.
