摘要:
预制短板节段拼装方案的浮置板轨道有效克服了常规钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构施工进度慢、施工方式受限等问题而得到推广。但结构上的这种变化引起其在列车荷载作用下受力特征和力学状态的改变,进而影响到轨道结构的强度安全、稳定性以及使用寿命。本文结合室内试验需求和目标,对预制短板轨道的室内试验方案设计、数据分析方法和典型测试结果等做一简要的介绍。

Abstract: The floating slab track of the prefabricated short slab installation solution effectively overcomes the defects such as time-consuming in construction and limiting the methods of construction, and so they are widely used. But those changes in structures cause the change of force characteristics and mechanics status under the train loads, and affect their strength safety, stability and service life. Combing the in-door experiments’ requirement and objectives, the design of the experiments solutions to the prefabricated slab track, data analysis method and typical measurement result etc. are introduced briefly in this paper.
