The Effect of Community Health Management on the Risk Factors of Stroke
Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of health management on the risk factors of stroke patients, and to achieve the goal of secondary prevention. Methods: The 140 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into management group (n = 70) and control group (n = 70). Health management was carried out in management group, including the diet, medication and exercise on stroke secondary prevention knowledge of the guidance and intervention. Indicators of stroke risk factors in the two groups of patients were recorded after 1, 3 and 6 months and compared. Results: There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in stroke risk factors between management group and the control group before and after 3 months management. 6 months after health management, significant difference was found in blood pressure, blood glucose, liver function, renal function, coagulation function and blood fat compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Community health management can reduce the risk factors of stroke patients.
