摘要:
本文提出了一种新型的双弹簧、双活塞黏弹性本构模型,推导了相应的蠕变方程和应力松驰方程。在CETR UMT-2型试验机及LKDM-2000轮廓摩擦磨损仪上考察了尼龙PA66、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚甲醛的蠕变、松驰特性。实验表明该本构模型能较好地反映这三种聚合物材料的黏弹性质。

Abstract: The visco-elastic constitutive model comprising of two-spring-two-piston was put forward; creep equation and stress relaxation equation were deduced in this paper. The creep and relaxation cha- racteristics of PA66, PMMA and POM were studied on CETR UMT-2 tester and LKDM-2000 wear tester. According to testing results, comparing analysis showed that two-spring-two-piston constitutive model can described effectively visco-elastic behavior of PA66, PMMA and POM.
