Study on Talents Demand of Cross-Border E-Commence
Abstract: In recent years, there are lots of talents gaps in the market due to the fast-growing of the industry of cross-border e-commence and it also makes the related compound talents particularly scarce. So it is necessary to research the talents demand of cross-border e-commence. At present the research on talent training of cross-border e-commence at home and aboard has not yet formed the scale, domestic research in this area is more about the situation of the southeast coastal area or the middle and higher vocational colleges. In addition, the research methods are mainly qualitative research, such as questionnaire survey and descriptive statistics. This article will be based on the actual development of cross-border electricity suppliers industry, through the content analysis of talents recruitment information of the cross-border electricity suppliers in job recruitment website and combining with the questionnaire survey of employees of cross-border business enterprises, comprehensively sort out the demand for talents, and mine the demand for talent skills and knowledge reserve.
