翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效观察

摘要:
目的:观察和分析翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法:对85例85眼原发性翼状胬肉患者进行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,观察术后1年胬肉的复发情况。结果:85例85眼中仅有4例4眼术后1年复发,复发率4.71%。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术术后复发率低,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium. Method: We analyzed the pterygium recurrences on 85 cases (85 eyes) of primary pterygium treated by pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation after one year of operation. Results: One year after operation, 4 cases (4 eyes) were relapsed. The recurrence rate was 4.71%. Conclusion: Excision of pterygium combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation has low recurrence rate.
