摘要:Abstract: With the continuous deepening of oilfield exploration, more and more medium-deep directional wells and large displacement wells were drilled in the eastern Jiangsu-Anhui Oil Region. In order to solve the problems, such as supporting pressure in directional sections, serious drill pipe sticking, instability of tool in drilling with PDC bit and the ineffective transmission of WOB and so on, a hydraulic oscillator was used to improve the penetration rate of these wells. The principle, composition and the working principle of hydraulic oscillator were analyzed, and it was successfully applied in Wells H159-7, HX161 and HX162. Application shows that the static friction of drilling tool being turned into the dynamic friction by using the hydraulic oscillator is beneficial for solving the problems stated above. It provides reference for solving the problem of speed-up in directional well drilling, the drilling efficiency is raised with the increase of sliding footage.
