我国湿地保护与生态修复制度安排研究

摘要:
从制度经济学角度提出了湿地资源保护与生态修复的策略,即推动湿地资源保护与生态修复的体制机制创新,加强湿地资源环境价值核算,探索实施生态补偿机制,进行湿地生态系统管理,把湿地资源环境纳入国民经济核算体系。

Abstract: This paper presents the wetland resources protection and ecological restoration strategy based on institutional economics. It will promote the innovation of system and mechanism of wetland resource protection and ecological restoration, strengthen the resources environment of wetland value accounting, explore the implementation of ecological compensation mechanism of wetland ecological system, management, and put into the system of national economic accounting of resource environment of wetland.
