脉冲电流处理对AZ31B镁合金孪晶含量的影响

摘要:
借助扫描电子显微镜及其配备的背散射电子(SEM-EBSD)系统研究了脉冲电压强度和脉冲作用次数对AZ31B镁合金中孪晶的影响。研究发现随着脉冲电压强度或脉冲作用次数的增加,孪晶含量均会呈现增加趋势,尤其电压强度的影响更明显。

Abstract: The effect of electric current parameters, including electric pulse voltage intensity and electric pulse acting times on twin content in AZ31B Magnesium alloy is studied. Results showed that twin contents enhanced not only with the increase of pulse voltage intensity but also with that of acting times. Especially, the enhancement became more obvious with the increase of pulse voltage inten-sity.
