摘要:
本文分析了系统动力学方法在规划可持续性评价的适用性,设计了基于系统动力学的评价框架,并进行了案例应用,结果表明方法是可行的并具有优越性。

Abstract: The paper analyzed the characteristics of system dynamics (SD) method by summarizing the study of SD application in the field of sustainable development and EIA, then concluded that system dy-namics could be an effective method of planning sustainability assessment and designed an opera-tional framework for SA on plan level. It provided ideas in implementing plan sustainability as-sessment, and did some helps in promoting impact assessment system in China.
