变应性皮肤血管炎患者血清MAO,总IgE测定及其临床意义

摘要: 目的:探讨IgE,单胺氧化酶(MAO)在变应性皮肤血管炎中的作用。方法:选择确诊的变应性皮肤血管炎患者100例及其100例正常人,分别采用直接化学发光法检测其血清总IgE,采用连续监测法测定单胺氧化酶并进行比较。结果:变应性皮肤血管炎患者血清总IgE含量高于健康对照组(P < 0.05),患者血清MAO含量高于健康对照组(P < 0.01)。结论:IgE,MAO参与了变应性皮肤血管炎的发病过程,为临床诊断及治疗提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Objective: To study the role of serum IgE and Monoamine oxidase (MAO) in Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis. Methods: 100 cases of Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis patients and 100 healthy controls were selected in the investigation. The total serum IgE were measured by Direct chemilumines-cence method. The serum MAO were measured by Continuous monitoring method. Results: The levels of total serum IgE in Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P < 0.05). The levels of serum MAO in Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis pa-tients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Serum IgE, MAO may play a part of role in the pathogenesis of Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis, and the results provide the science views for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
