摘要:
目的:探讨虎眼万年青多糖对高脂饮食诱导小鼠体重增加的抑制作用。高脂饮食连续喂养5周诱导小鼠体重增加,同时,分别用不同浓度的虎眼万年青多糖(200g/L和1000g/L)灌胃建立低和高浓度多糖处理组。通过测量小鼠的体重、肝重、腹部、腹股沟脂肪重量以及检测血清学指标,研究不同浓度虎眼万年青多糖对小鼠高脂饮食诱导体重增加的抑制作用。结果发现高脂饮食喂养组小鼠体重、肝重、脂肪重量、总胆固醇(TCH)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平显著高于正常饮食组(P<0.05)。低、高浓度虎眼万年青多糖处理组小鼠体重、肝重、脂肪重量、TCH和LDL水平较高脂饮食喂养组均有下降(P<0.05)。这些结果表明,虎眼万年多糖对高脂饮食诱导小鼠体重增加具有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract: This aim of this paper is to investigate the inhibition effect of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait poly-saccharide on high fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice. Obese model was made by high-fat diet for five weeks, and different concentrations of polysaccharide (200g/L, 1000g/L) were fed to establish polysaccharides-treated group. By measuring body weight, liver weight, fat weight of abdominal and inguinal, and serum markers, we studied the inhibition effect of different concentrations of polysaccharides on fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice. The results show that the body weight, liver weight, fat weight, TCH and LDL levels in high-fat treated mice were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). In addition, body weight, liver weight, fat weight, TCH and LDL levels in mice treated with low and high concentration of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait polysaccharide were significantly lower than those in high fat diet-treated mice (P<0.05). These results show that Ornithogalum caudatum Ait polysaccharide has inhibition effect on high fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice.
