摘要:
本文针对核应急疏散相关研究的不足,对核应急疏散道路展开研究。论文从分析应急疏散的过程入手,根据疏散不同阶段的交通行为和路径选择特点,将核应急疏散路网系统分为3个层次,提出应急疏散时间预测方法,将疏散路径优化选择、疏散路网层次划分、疏散时间估计、应急疏散交通分配等交通关键技术有机整合,提出疏散路线和疏散路网规划方法。

Abstract: Due to the lack of relevant research on nuclear emergency evacuation, this paper focuses on nuclear emergency evacuation road planning study. The paper starts from the analysis of the emergency evacuation process. According to the different stages of evacuation traffic behavior and routing characteristics of the nuclear emergency evacuation, the road network system is divided into three levels to propose emergency evacuation time prediction method. And the key technologies of evacuation route optimization options, evacuation road network hierarchical division, evacuation time estimation and traffic assignments are integrated. On the basis of these, the evacuation routes and evacuation road network planning methods are proposed.
