摘要: 钻孔灌注桩施工过程会产生大量废弃泥浆,其比重稠度大、体系稳定、pH值高,短时间处理掉难度很大。本文对废弃泥浆的特性,进行了对建筑废弃泥浆进行无害化处理的相关研究。本文对废弃泥浆基本组成及初步絮凝破胶进行试验研究,在此基础上对废弃泥浆体系进行电动脱水试验研究。

Abstract: Bored pile construction process will produce a lot of waste mud, characterized by the proportion of high consistency, system stability, high pH value, and difficulty of short time dispose. According to the characteristics of the waste mud, related research is carried out on harmless treatment of waste mud in building. The paper has researched on basic composition of waste mud and primary flocculation and gel breaking. Then, we research electric dewatering on waste mud structure.
