摘要:
本文以N,N-二芳基取代硫脲和乙偶姻为原料在氮气保护和无溶剂的条件下,加热回流缩合合成了目标物1,3-二芳基取代-4,5-二甲基咪唑硫酮1和2。这些化合物已得到1HNMR、13CNMR和IR光谱确证。该方法具有操作简便,经济和环保等优点。

Abstract: This paper mainly described the synthesis of 1,3-bisaryl-4,5-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazole- 2-thione from the condensation reaction of 1,3-diarylthiourea and acetoin under solvent-free conditions by refluxing in moderate yields. All compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and IR spectrography. The results showed that this method has advantages of simple operation, and is economical and environment-friendly.
