摘要:Abstract: This paper analyzes the causes of the state-owned enterprises pay prevailing use of remuneration and compensation system design theory, which explores the management process of incentive theory of deep-level mining theoretical height of the pay system research. During the company’s remuneration system process, combining the basic theory of compensation design, content and process, and on the basis of the analysis of the problem, combining the company’s strategy, cor-porate culture and stage of development, this paper proposes some design ideas to resolve the pay system. According to the design pattern of the remuneration system, the remuneration system must be synthetically considered among the actual problems of the company. The Hubei joint (unit) transportation investment company compensation management design solution is formed by using the job classes and job categories of job evaluation system.
