Micro Phase Separation of Rod-Coil Diblock Copolymer with Soft Interaction

Abstract: Micro-phase separation of rod-coil diblock copolymer is one of the most important issues of polymeric and material physics. In present work, by introducing the interaction expression with finite interacting range, the micro phase separation of rod-coil diblock copolymer is investigated theoretically with random phase approximation. The numerical results indicate that the interacting range and the interacting parameter tend to stabilize the disordered phase.
