摘要:
本文以传承、创新和发展我国农村绿色房屋建造技术和四节一环保为统领,以提高我国农村房屋的抗灾能力(地震、火灾、水灾、风灾)、节能标准、生命周期和工厂化水平为目的,以淘汰落后产能与技术、取代粘土砖、有效保护土地资源、缩短房屋施工工期、降低房屋建造成本、节省劳动力及减轻工人劳动强度为发展方向,以国家住宅产业化基地为依托,将具有我国自主知识产权的EPS模块与传统混凝土墙体结构有机结合,实现了保温与模板一体化、保温与结构一体化,做到了EPS模块保温层与混凝土结构同寿命,为我国农村建造既抗灾又节能的绿色房屋和农作物温室、为贯彻实施国家发改委和住建部的绿色建筑行动方案提供了坚实的技术支撑。走出了一条从专利技术建筑部品工程实践建设标准这一科技创新之路

Abstract:
This paper is guided by the idea of inheriting, innovating and developing construction technology of the green rural housing and the rule of “four savings (i.e., energy saving, material saving, water saving, land saving) and one environmental protection”, in order to improve the seismic capacity, energy efficiency standards, life cycle and factorization level of rural housing; and meanwhile, to guide the field into the developing direction of eliminating backward production capacity and technology, replacing clay bricks, effectively protecting land resources, shortening the period of house construction, reducing the cost of house construction, saving labor and reducing labor intensity and relying on national housing industrialization base; therefore, combining our own country’s intellectual property EPS module organic and traditional concrete wall structure, so as to fulfill the integration of the insulation and template, and of thermal insulation and structural, also making the EPS module insulation layer and concrete structure share same lifespan, so that it provides a solid technical support for the construction of the seismic and energy-efficient rural green house and crop greenhouse for our country to implement “performance program of green constructing” of the national Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing, achieving scientific and technologic innovation focusing on proprietary technology, building material, engineering practice and construction standard.
