摘要: 烟草烘烤工艺需要热量,燃烧烟梗可以提供这部分热量。通过BOT的商业操作模式,建设燃烟梗卧式循环流化床锅炉及系统为企业提供热源,可为企业节约资金、降低生产成本和采用新技术的风险。本文的BOT模式可供工程公司、烟草公司等参考。

Abstract: The heat required by drying process of tobacco leaf can be supplied by the combustion of the tobacco-stem. The commercial mode, build-operate-transfer (BOT), is a best choice for tobacco companies to build steam boiler with horizontal circulating fluidized bed for heat supply, and thus to save money, reduce operational cost and the risk of taking new technology to the tobacco company. The BOT example herein is a reference for engineering companies and tobacco processing factories.
