浅议中职学校转型建设中推进班主任管理工作创新

班级管理工作在任何时候都是学校正规化管理工作的重要组成部分,特别是在中职学校转型建设中,其地位重要,作用突出、效果明显。本文主要从“确立与中职学校转型建设相适应的管理理念,健全与中职学校转型建设相适应的管理机制,探寻与中职学校转型建设相适应的管理方法”三个方面对中职学校班主任的管理工作进行分析研究,从而不断提高班主任的管理能力,为中职学校转型建设的正规化管理提供了理论依据
Class management is an important part of the standardized managements in school at any time, especially in the construction of secondary vocational school transformation. It occupies an important position, plays a prominent role and the effect of it is obvious. The article analyses and studies three aspects of head teacher management in vocational schools: establishing the management concept to adapt the construction of secondary vocational school transformation; improving the management mechanism compatible with the construction of secondary vocational school transformation; exploring the management methods to fit with the construction of secondary vocational school transformation. Consequently, it continuously improves teachers’ management capabilities and provides a theoretical basis for standardized managements on the construction of secondary vocational school transformation.
