摘要:Abstract: The report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote cultural construction steadily. Based on this background, culture industry plays an important role in the optimization process of economic structure, and is regarded as a new power of economic growth. However, our culture industry is underdeveloped relatively due to some restraining factors, such as supply-demand imbalance of culture products, unreasonable development of cultural resources, incomplete legislation, which are from internal and external environment. In order to stimulate culture industry to grow in a sustainable, rapid and sound manner, we need to establish restriction mechanism, competition mechanism and safeguard mechanism, develop the positive guiding role of government well, strengthen the management of culture market, increase innovation of culture industry, improve the management system of culture industry enterprises, and develop market-oriented culture industry.
