基本情况

王祺,1973218日生。20027月毕业于北京大学地球与空间科学学院,古生物学与地层学专业,获理学博士学位。20029月至200410月于中国科学院植物研究所博士后流动站从事研究工作,出站后留所工作至今,副研究员,指导硕士研究生。其间参加了国家自然科学基金重点项目“早期陆地植物的演化分异和古环境”(2003-2006)和“生命之树共生固氮植物支系的起源、分化和环境制约(2009-2012),主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“中国晚泥盆世木本石松植物的演化和分异”(2005-2007)和面上项目“中国二叠纪-三叠纪之交陆生植物的多样性和宏演化研究”(2009-2012)。现为中国植物学会、中国古生物学会、美国植物学会、国际古植物学协会和国际植物分类学协会会员,Journal of Systematics and Evolution编委,已在 BMC Evolutionary Biology, PLoS ONE, American Journal of Botany, Taxon, Lethaia, International Journal of Plant Sciences, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, Review of Palaeobotany and Palynology, Palaeontology, Journal of Paleontology, Paleontological Journal, Novon, Journal of Japanese Botany, Acta Geologica Sinica, 《古生物学报》、《地质论评》和《植物分类学报》等刊物上发表论文60余篇。

 

研究领域

陆生植物的起源和演化、泥盆纪古植物学、中、新生代化石植物系统学和生物地理学以及化石植物的命名、古生物多样性和宏演化。
