摘要:

师范生反思能力的培养日益受到学者的关注。本文主要对近十年来师范生反思能力培养的相关研究进行了综述,内容主要涉及师范生反思能力培养的背景与现状,概念与原则,条件与可行性,理论基础、影响因素和培养对策等方面。

Scholars pay more attention to reflective competence of normal students. This article summarizes reflective competence of normal students training from the perspectives over the past decade: the background and current situation, concepts and principles, conditions and feasibility, the theoretical foundation, influenc- ing factors and training strategy and so on.
