摘要:

本文建立了高效液相色谱法测定双氧水生产中蒽醌化合物含量的分析方法。该分析方法采用外标法定量,EAQ和H4EAQ的线性相关系数都在0.9999以上,平均加标回收率为98.4%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为0.42%~1.56%(n = 6)。该方法分析速度快,灵敏度高,重现性好,可满足EAQ和H4EAQ的定量分析要求。

In this paper, we developed a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the quantitative analysis of anthraquinone in hydrogen peroxide working solution. The quantitative analysis was achieved by external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of EAQ and H4EAQ were both above 0.9999, the average recoveries of the two compounds were 98.4% - 102.6% and the relative standard deviations were 0.42% - 1.56% (n = 6). This method is rapid, sensitive and reproducible, and each index of the method is suitable for test requirements of EAQ and H4EAQ.
