水热合成时间对纳米WO3光催化性能的影响

摘要:

采用水热法,通过控制反应时间合成了单斜相的纳米WO3粉体。使用X射线粉末衍射仪对产物的物相结构进行表征,并通过紫外–可见分光光度计分析纳米WO3光降解亚甲基蓝(MB)实验来研究水热反应时间对所制备的纳米WO3光催化活性的影响。结果表明:水热条件下,反应温度为110℃时,反应时间为14 h的纳米WO3样品具有最好的光催化活性,在500 W氙灯照射120 min后对MB的降解率达到了95%,显示了其优良的光催化性能。

The monoclinic nano WO3 were prepared by hydrothermal method. The phase structure of the as-prepared samples was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The effect of reaction time on the photocatalytic activity of the prepared WO3 samples was analyzed on UV-Vis spectro-photometer. The results show that the WO3 sample synthesized at 110˚C for 14 h has the highest photocatalytic activity. Under the 500 W Xe lamp irradiation, the degradation rate for MB within 120 min reached 95%, showing superior photocatalytic properties.
