新疆少数民族双语教育的问题探讨及改进建议——加拿大“沉浸式”双语教育的启示

摘要:

本文从新疆少数民族双语教育的现状出发,通过探讨和总结其存在的主要问题,并把新疆双语教育模式与被誉为“最成功的双语教育”的加拿大“沉浸式”双语教育模式作比较,总结出了加拿大双语教育能够如此成功的三原则,并提出了双语教育中母语的比重、双语教育起始年龄以及教师队伍建设等问题的一些改进建议。

In this study, we conclude the major problems that exist in minority bilingual education in Xinjiang by discussing the current situation of minority bilingual education in Xinjiang. Besides, we compare the model of bilingual education in Xinjiang with “Immersion” Model of Bilingual Education in Canada which is known as the most successful bilingual education around the world, and conclude three main principles which lead Canadian bilingual education to that success. At last, we put forward the suggestions for improvement of minority bilingual education in Xinjiang in three aspects: the proportion of native language, the proper beginning age of the bilingual education and the construction of teaching stuff.
