工商管理类专业青年教师教学能力存在的问题及原因分析

摘要:

青年教师已成为工商管理类专业教师群体的中坚力量,是高等院校教学质量提升的关键因素。工商管理类专业青年教师在教学能力方面存在课程知识储备不足、教学设计能力不足、教学语言能力较差、课堂掌控能力不强、不善于进行教学总结、实战经验贫乏等问题,原因主要有科研与所授课程相关性不强、教学利益没有诱惑力、教学投入不足、教学培训过于宽泛,注重理论难获实效、教研活动流于形式,很少获得他人经验、评教体系只奖不惩、对于实战经验的获取缺少相应的制度或执行不力等。重视对工商管理类专业青年教师教学能力问题的研究,并着力提高其教学能力,对推动工商管理类专业教师专业化和提高工商管理类专业教育质量具有重要的意义。

Young teachers, as the backbone of teacher group in the business administration major, are the key factor of improving the university teaching quality. The young teachers in the business ad-ministration major have some problems like insufficient course knowledge reserve, lack of in-structional design capability, poor teaching language skills, low capacity of classroom control and lack of teaching summary and practical experience. The main reasons are weak correlation between scientific research and teaching, low temptation of teaching interests, inadequate investment in teaching, extensive teaching training, emphasis on theory and neglect of practice, formalization of teaching and research activities, only reward no punishment of teaching evaluation system and lack of appropriate systems or poor execution for the acquisition of practical experience. To improve the specialization of young teachers in the business administration major and the quality of business administration major education, we should strengthen the research on how to advance the teaching abilities of college youth teachers.
