摘要:

依据文献综述和基本假设,构建知识员工激励因素研究模型。以辽沈地区知识型企业的知识员工为研究对象,通过实证研究得出知识员工激励因素与知识员工被激励程度成显著正相关的结论,同时发现知识员工的性别、年龄、学历、工作年限、年薪水平和工作性质对于各项激励因素的感受程度存在显著性影响。

Based on literature review and research hypothesis, a model of the relationship between knowledge workers’ working attitude and performance is proposed. According to the empirical research on knowledge workers of the knowledge-based enterprises in Shenyang, Liaoning, PRC, it is concluded that knowledge workers’ working attitude is correlated with their performance positively. Furthermore, knowledge workers’ individual differences, such as sex, age, education, work experience, salary level and job type can affect their working attitude and performance significantly.
