溶剂热法制备磁性Co单质及其磁性能研究

摘要:

本文采用溶剂热法制备了磁性Co单质,并系统研究了不同反应时间、反应温度、表面活性剂等工艺对产物的形貌及磁性能的影响。以醋酸钴作为钴源、乙二醇作为溶剂和还原剂,并添加适量的表面活性剂,在高温高压下制备出球型的钴颗粒。通过X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计等手段对产物进行形貌、粒径、化学成分、磁性能的分析。研究结果表明,所制备的钴单质具有空心结构,且具有较高的比饱和磁化强度和矫顽力。这种高磁性的钴颗粒有望在磁记录、催化等领域得到应用。

Magnetic cobalt was synthesized by solvothermal method. The effects of reaction time, temperature and surfactant on the morphology and magnetic properties of final products were studied. Cobalt acetate, ethylene glycol, and surfactant were employed as the starting materials. The spherical Co particles were obtained at high temperature and pressure conditions. The microstructures, shapes, size, and magnetic properties of as-prepared samples were investigated in details by XRD, SEM, and VSM techniques. The results showed that the magnetic Co particles were hollow spheres structures and enhanced saturation magnetization and coercivity. The high magnetic cobalt could be applied in magnetic recording and catalysis fields.
