An Investigation of the Current Situation of the Vocational Education Teachers and the Causes of the Problems and Countermeasures
The questionnaire survey and conversation investigation of teaching training to backbone teachers who took part in the training of the national secondary vocation education were presented. The results showed that the vocational school teachers’ professional ability demand need improving in the training time, training content, teaching form, fluctuate assessment and evaluation. At the same time, the operating mechanism of the teachers of vocational education training needs to be established and improved, and the teacher training platform needs innovation.
