摘要:

大学内部教学决策制度是提高大学教学质量的关键。建国后我国大学内部教学决策制度经历了“校务委员会主导的大学内部教学决策制度”、“学术权力参与的大学内部教学决策制度”和“校长负责制下的大学内部教学决策制度”几个阶段,体现出教学决策主体逐渐多元、组织结构日趋稳定统一、教学决策内容渐趋扩大等特征。

The internal decision-making system of university teaching is a key to improving the quality of university teaching. After the founding of the state, there are three stages in the developmental process of university teaching decision-making system: the school council-led teaching decision-making system, the teaching decision-making system involved academic power and the teaching decision-making system under the president responsibility system. Now, it reflects some trends of subject pluralism, stable organizational structure and widening decision content.
