摘要:

针对电力设备采购评标中的现状与发展目标,本文提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本的新的评标模型。该模型在引入寿命周期成本(LCC)理论的前提下,将ADC评标模型应用到电力主设备采购模型中。其次,分析影响设备综合效益的因素,利用层次分析法进行权重值的确定,并建立主设备采购评标优化模型,并进行算例验证。

Because of the unsatisfied present situation of bidding evaluation in the field of electric power equipment, the LCC theory is introduced into the bidding evaluation method, which can be used to appraise the total cost of electric power equipment. LCC method is combined with ADC model to build procurement evaluation optimization model and make an example to verify it.
