摘要:

研究了丹皮酚对Ce(III)的荧光猝灭作用以及SDS对体系的增敏作用,建立了SDS增敏Ce(III)荧光猝灭法测定中药丹皮酚含量的新方法。结果表明,λex/em = 258/361 nm, pH = 3.0的试验条件下,丹皮酚含量在0.50 g/mL~10.00 g/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R = 0.9987,检出限(D.L)为0.09 g/mL,RSD为1.69% (n = 3, c = 2.50 μg/mL),将本方法用于测定实际样品的丹皮酚含量,加标回收率在96.5%~99.8%,结果令人满意。此外,通过Stern-Volmer方程及荧光量子产率,研究了Ce(III)荧光猝灭机理。
The fluorescence quenching effect of paeonol on the cerium(III) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) sensitiza- tion effect of system were investigated. A new method for paeonol analysis has been established based on the fluores- cence intensity quenching of cerium(III) in SDS medium. With excitation and emission wavelengths at 258 nm and 361 nm, respectively, at pH 3.0, the linear range of calibration curve for the determination of paeonol was 0.50 μg/mL - 10.00 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9987. The detection limit was 0.09 g/mL and RSD was 1.69% (n = 3, c = 2.50 μg/mL). The method has been applied for the determination of paeonol in real samples with satisfactory results. The recoveries of the samples ranged from 96.5% to 99.8%. Furthermore, the cerium(III) fluorescence quenching mechanism was discussed by Stern-Volmer equation and fluorescence quantum yield.
