地质环境数据管理系统后台子系统的设计与实现

摘要:

随着近几年地质灾害的增多,地质环境数据的管理问题也日益凸显其重要性。但是,传统地质环境数据的管理受限于技术瓶颈而管理效率低下,预测和预报能力较为薄弱。而基于B/S、C/S混合架构的地质环境数据管理系统很好的解决了这些问题。本文运用oracle、MapGIS IMS、Visual Studio2008等工具和Web Service,XML等技术实现了广元市地质环境管理系统后台子系统的建设。实践表明,地质环境数据管理系统后台子系统能很好的服务于地质灾害的现代化管理,大大提升了工作效率,为地方经济的可持续发展做出贡献。

With the increase of geological hazard in recent years, the issue of Geological environmental data management has been becoming far more pivotal. However, the traditional Geological environment data management is confined by technical bottlenecks to low efficiency, besides, the ability to forecast and predict geological hazard is comparably weak. Based on Browser/Server, Client/Server mixed structure, the Geo-logical environment data management information system (GEMIS) is a good solution to these issues. This paper, oracle, MapGIS IMS,Visual Studio etc tools and Web Service, XML etc techniques are adopted to con-struct the GEMIS's server-side subsystem. Practices and experiments show that the GEMIS's server-side subsystem can fully serve modernization of geological hazard management, vastly enhanced the efficiency, contributing to sustainable development of the local economy.
